At fourteen weeks the ligaments that hold your pelvis together are already softening. That is normal, and it is why movements that felt stable a month ago can suddenly feel loose.

This session is about noticing that before you load it. We start standing, find where your ribs sit over your hips, and breathe into the back of the ribcage rather than pushing the belly forward.

Nothing here is a test. If a position does not feel right today, leave it out and come back to it next week.

If something feels wrong right now — bleeding, severe pain or reduced movements — this is not the place. Contact your maternity unit or your local emergency number.
